The Life of a Twenty-Something

So much has changed since this time last year, when I was furiously planning for a whirlwind five-month trip across Europe.  For one thing, the trip ended after only three months.  For another I have a serious boyfriend (six months! yay!). A third and frustrating difference is that I am now involuntarily unemployed.  Given that I started this website as a way to process my journey and also share advice and lessons as I learned them, I've decided to pick it back up.

I'll still cover travel when the opportunity arises, but I'll also write about more general things I see myself and my other twenty and thirty-something friends encountering.

Like….

Why learning what you don't want out of life is just as important as learning what you do want.
Ways to make a little extra cash that aren't scams or especially energy draining.
Challenging preconceived notions I had about people outside of the "upper middle class" in which I grew up.
And just the random adventures I've been up to lately.

You know, the things awakening my heart.  ;)
