The language we speak actually influences the way we view our savings accounts, our judicial system, gender issues and other fascinating areas of our lives. Now I want to know how this effects people who speak multiple languages. Can we change our outlooks just by learning a new language?
I had no idea some of the policies involving international aid. They're downright idiotic! As far as organizations like TOMS and plans like shipping one million tshirts across an ocean go, I already knew their futility, thanks to my college professor Dr. Cook :)
